Our Process
Our process can be completely tailored to you, the role we are recruiting and the urgency of the position.
Meeting
We like to meet all of our clients when taking a vacancy, why? Because past experience tell us that we are 50% more likely to find the ideal candidate when we have met with you. During this meeting we will have chance to discuss the job/person specification, find out more about the company and really delve into what you are looking for. This meeting will also give us chance to see the office for ourselves, so we can sell the opportunity to prospective candidates.
Shortlist
We go out to market with your vacancy. Typically we will already have candidates in mind, who we will then screen to put forward. We also make sure that all of our roles go onto our job boards so new candidates can apply, whilst also utilising our social media channels. From here we will be able to present to you our top candidates for the role, rest assured all have been fully vetted and be motivated to work for your company.
Service
Through the process we will have been updating you with our progress, managing candidates who have been rejected, invited to interview and throughout the offer stage. Once the successful candidate has started, we will agree our future contact. Normally this involves phone calls end of first week, end of the month and then a meeting the month after, but this is completely flexible to your needs.
